“L” Bracket System for Lab Instrument Countertop Fastening

This Stainless steel bracket system secures items to the countertop and is easily installed and disconnected for service or repair. Slotted adjustment allows plates to be located at the best fastening point on the item. No drilling is necessary; adhesive plates simply attach to the sides of the item and the counter.

Stainless steel “L” brackets, 2″ x 3″ Single-studded Stainless steel 3M® VHB™ adhesive-backed mounting plates, (4) wing nuts, (4) washers, and alcohol pads Kit Includes:

Installation Instructions:

1. Locate the position on the countertop where the item will be located. Clean the selected area with alcohol cleaning pads. Allow the area to dry completely and wipe off excess residue.
2.  Remove backing from 2″ x 3″ single-studded plate and press firmly into place. Secure to the countertop using wing nuts and washers provided.
3. Locate the position on the item where the other 2″ x 3″ single-studded plate will be attached, remove the backing and press firmly into place.
4. Attach the “L” bracket to the item using the wing nuts and washers.

*NOTE – Do not put tension on brackets until adhesive has reached its recommended 72-hour cure time.
